Job Description:

The Banking Solutions Analyst designs, implements, and supports financial products and services to meet the needs of banking clients in Calgary. This role involves analyzing client requirements, evaluating banking systems, and recommending solutions that optimize operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include assessing business processes, collaborating with IT and operations teams, and supporting the deployment of digital banking solutions. The analyst also monitors system performance, identifies improvement opportunities, and provides technical and strategic guidance to stakeholders. Regular reporting and analysis help inform management decisions regarding product enhancements, risk management, and process optimization.

This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of banking operations and financial products. Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience: 2–4 years in banking operations, business analysis, or financial solutions consulting.

Skills:

Knowledge of banking products, digital platforms, and financial services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective solutions.
