Ability to operate and maintain field equipment and tools. Knowledge of native plant and wildlife species identification. Understanding of conservation practices and principles of environmental stewardship. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different work sites. Flexibility in working hours, as some tasks may require early morning, evening, or weekend work.
