Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate Executive Director to join our Frankfurt am Main team to support the execution of strategic initiatives and operational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with executive leadership to oversee program management, policy implementation, and team coordination.
Your responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. You will also help in developing strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
The Associate Executive Director will act as a bridge between senior management and various departments, facilitating communication and driving organizational goals. You will contribute to decision-making processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in executive support or leadership roles.
Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and handling complex projects is preferred.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is highly beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments is important.
