Job Description:
We are hiring a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization from our headquarters in Hamburg. As the highest-ranking executive, you will be responsible for defining the company’s long-term vision, setting strategic goals, and leading the senior management team to deliver on operational, financial, and cultural objectives.
You will oversee the execution of all corporate functions including finance, operations, marketing, and human resources. A key part of your role will involve representing the company in board meetings, investor relations, and public forums, while ensuring legal compliance and ethical governance across the business.
In this critical leadership role, you will inspire innovation, cultivate organizational agility, and drive the company toward sustainable growth and market leadership. You will foster a strong executive culture and align the company’s core mission with performance at all levels.
Job Requirement:
You must possess a minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience, including 5+ years in a C-suite or equivalent strategic leadership role. A master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Proven expertise in corporate governance, international business operations, and financial stewardship is essential. Experience in leading large-scale transformations, mergers, or IPOs is a strong asset.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and crisis leadership skills are required. You should be a strategic thinker with strong ethical standards and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English is mandatory; German proficiency is highly advantageous.
