We are seeking a Business Transformation Leader to drive large-scale transformation initiatives at our Frankfurt am Main office. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that improve business processes, enhance customer experience, and increase operational efficiency.
You will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with senior stakeholders, and oversee change management activities to ensure successful transformation delivery. Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities for improvement, managing resources, and tracking key performance indicators to measure the impact of transformation efforts.

Job Requirement:
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in business transformation, consulting, or project leadership roles. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields is required.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Proven experience in managing complex projects and driving change in large organizations is expected. Fluency in English and German is an advantage.
