Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across our Munich operations. This role will focus on developing, implementing, and sustaining business process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
As a Business Excellence Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects, facilitate lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and champion a culture of innovation and operational rigor. You will collaborate closely with department heads to identify opportunities for improvement, establish best practices, and align operational processes with the company’s strategic goals.
Additionally, you will monitor key performance metrics, report progress to senior leadership, and provide training and coaching to teams to embed a culture of excellence across the organization.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in business process improvement, quality management, or operational excellence roles. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required; certifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills, project management experience, and the ability to lead change initiatives are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with fluency in English and German, will ensure success in this role.
