Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Process Director to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes in Cologne. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning processes with corporate objectives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and deploy innovative solutions to improve productivity. The role includes developing metrics to measure process performance and leading change management initiatives.
As a strategic leader, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and foster a culture of operational excellence. You will also mentor and guide process improvement teams to achieve sustainable results.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in process management or business operations.
Strong skills in process mapping, project management, and data analysis are required. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly valued.
Fluency in English is necessary; knowledge of German is advantageous.
