Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Transformation Executive to lead strategic organizational change initiatives and drive transformation across our business units in Cologne. This executive will play a pivotal role in reshaping operational models, improving efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture.
In this role, you will design and execute enterprise transformation strategies, from digital upgrades to organizational restructuring. You will collaborate with executive leadership to align transformation goals with business objectives and ensure measurable outcomes.
You will also oversee change management processes, manage transformation teams, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, technologies, and workflows.
Job Requirement:
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or Organizational Development, with at least 12 years of experience leading large-scale business transformation programs.
You should have a proven track record of success in managing complex change initiatives, including digital transformation, operational improvement, and cultural shifts. Expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking is essential.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills are a must. Experience working with executive teams and board-level reporting is required. Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies is a plus.
