Job Description:
We are hiring a Capacity Planning Analyst to join our operations planning team in Munich. This role is central to analyzing workforce requirements, forecasting demand, and ensuring optimal resource allocation across business functions.
You will be responsible for generating capacity models, analyzing historical data, and identifying trends that impact staffing and operational efficiency. Your insights will drive critical decisions to balance workloads, manage costs, and improve service levels.
You will also collaborate closely with operations, HR, and finance teams to refine planning strategies and align them with organizational objectives.
Job Requirement:
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in operations research, statistics, business analytics, or a related discipline, along with 3–5 years of experience in capacity planning or workforce management.
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau), and forecasting software is essential. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are required. A solid understanding of workforce models and resource optimization techniques is preferred. Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage.
