Job Description:
We are hiring a Client Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of services to key clients in our Hamburg office. You will ensure that service commitments are met, client expectations are exceeded, and issues are resolved promptly.
Your role involves coordinating internal teams, monitoring delivery timelines, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also identify opportunities to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Job Requirement:
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, with 4–6 years of experience in client delivery or project management.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential. Experience with client management software and fluency in German and English are preferred.
