Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Client Account Executive to manage key client relationships in Cologne. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
This role involves identifying opportunities for account growth, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client expectations with business capabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical to building trust and rapport with clients.
The Client Account Executive will also track performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. We seek candidates who are organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced client-facing role.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. At least 2 years of experience in client management, sales, or account management is preferred. Knowledge of CRM software and client communication best practices is essential.
The candidate should have excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Fluency in German and English is required to communicate effectively with diverse client groups. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset are necessary for this position. Previous experience in the industry relevant to the company’s services will be an advantage.
