Job Description:

We are hiring a Communications Director to lead and elevate our internal and external communications strategy in Frankfurt am Main. This role is critical in shaping the public image of our organization while ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.

As Communications Director, you will oversee media relations, crisis communication, corporate messaging, branding, and employee communication programs. You will work with executives and department leaders to craft narratives that align with our mission and strategic goals. Additionally, you'll supervise the creation of press releases, thought leadership content, speeches, and executive communications.

In this role, you will also manage relationships with PR agencies and media partners, oversee communication campaigns, and monitor media sentiment. Your leadership will directly contribute to building trust with stakeholders, customers, and employees.

Job Requirement:

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or journalism, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field is required.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven success in managing high-impact campaigns, and strong crisis communication experience. Knowledge of digital media, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement is essential. Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
