We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our leadership team in Hamburg. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and business-savvy professional who thrives on driving strategic decision-making and supporting executive-level initiatives.
The Corporate Strategy Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, analyzing competitive positioning, and recommending long-term business strategies. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop actionable plans, support M&A due diligence, and facilitate key transformation projects that align with our company’s goals.
You will also lead strategy formulation workshops, coordinate strategic planning processes, and act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders. Your insights will help shape the company’s roadmap and enhance its market competitiveness.
Job Requirement:
Applicants must have at least 7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related business functions. A strong command of financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic frameworks is essential.
A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field is required; an MBA is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to influence decision-makers, and experience in handling complex cross-functional projects.
International business exposure and fluency in German are advantages.
