Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ESG Executive to spearhead our Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives and reporting strategies. Based in Frankfurt am Main, this high-impact role will define and guide ESG integration across all facets of our business, ensuring transparency, accountability, and long-term value creation.
As ESG Executive, you will develop corporate ESG frameworks, set measurable targets, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver against them. You will monitor regulatory developments, stakeholder expectations, and industry benchmarks, aligning the organization with evolving ESG standards.
Key responsibilities include preparing ESG reports, engaging with investors and sustainability rating agencies, overseeing risk assessments, and supporting the board with insights into ESG performance and strategy. You will play a vital role in enhancing our corporate reputation and driving responsible business growth.
Job Requirement:
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or risk management, with a proven track record of developing ESG programs in large organizations.
A Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, or Finance is required. You must demonstrate strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, SASB, TCFD), data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in both English and German is preferred.
