Job Description:
We are hiring a Health Data Analyst in Cologne to manage and interpret healthcare datasets related to service delivery, outcomes, and cost-efficiency. You will develop dashboards, create predictive models, and perform process mining to support hospital management, insurers, or public health agencies.
Your work will inform strategy on patient flow optimization, resource utilization, and population health initiatives. You’ll collaborate with IT, finance, and clinical departments to ensure robust decision support tools.
Job Requirement:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Health Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field is required, with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
You must be proficient in SQL, Python, or R, with experience in Power BI/Tableau. Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR/ICD) and strong analytical storytelling skills are essential. Experience with privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA-like frameworks) is highly desirable.
