Job Description:

We are hiring an innovative Immersive Tech Designer to craft cutting-edge virtual, augmented, and mixed reality experiences for use in entertainment, education, healthcare, and training. You will conceptualize and develop immersive worlds that respond to user interaction—focusing on narrative, spatial design, and intuitive UX within XR environments.

You will collaborate with 3D artists, developers, product designers, and researchers to build interactive prototypes and polished experiences using platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, and WebXR. You’ll work across project phases from ideation and prototyping to user testing and deployment, ensuring the immersive product serves its audience and aligns with technical constraints.

You’ll be instrumental in bridging the gap between storytelling and emerging tech, helping users feel connected and engaged in virtual spaces.

Job Requirement:

A background in Game Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or 3D Media is required, with 3–6 years of hands-on experience designing XR or immersive digital experiences.

You must have proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine, 3D modeling basics (Blender, Maya), C# or Blueprints, and a strong understanding of spatial design and UX in 3D environments. Experience with VR/AR devices (Meta Quest, HoloLens, etc.) is essential.

An ability to sketch ideas quickly, storyboard, or mock up experiences in real-time is beneficial. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing immersive experiences with interaction logic, navigation systems, and aesthetic detail.

Knowledge of interaction principles, motion tracking, and user testing in 3D spaces is a plus. Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and collaboration are key. Fluency in English is required.
