The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for receiving deliveries, inspecting incoming goods, and ensuring accurate inventory management. Duties include loading and unloading shipments, sorting products, packing orders, and preparing items for distribution to farms, fisheries, and processing centers.
Attention to detail is essential to maintain quality control and prevent damage to sensitive products such as fresh produce, seafood, fertilizers, and tools. The worker will operate forklifts or pallet jacks, so relevant certifications and safe handling knowledge are important.
Physical stamina is required to lift heavy packages and stand for long periods. The role also demands adherence to health and safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Candidates should have prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the agriculture or fisheries industries. Good communication skills in Italian and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
