Job Description:
The Backhoe Loader Operator in Qurain is tasked with operating backhoe loaders for tasks such as trenching, digging, loading, and backfilling. These activities support a range of construction, utility, and repair projects. The role requires skillful handling of both front and rear attachments to perform precise and safe operations.
Responsibilities include conducting pre-operation checks, maneuvering in confined spaces, performing excavation according to blueprints or site instructions, and assisting with job site coordination. Operators are also expected to handle minor maintenance tasks and report equipment issues.
Job Requirement:
Certification or license to operate backhoe loaders.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant field experience.
