Job Description:
The Concrete Delivery Operator in Mahboula is responsible for transporting and unloading ready-mix concrete to construction sites using mixer trucks. This role involves both driving and operating the drum to ensure the concrete maintains its quality during transit and placement.
Daily tasks include conducting safety checks, loading concrete, monitoring slump and rotation speed, maneuvering vehicles into tight job sites, and controlling the discharge chute. The operator must communicate with site personnel to ensure accurate and timely delivery and complete required documentation related to delivery and vehicle operation.
Job Requirement:
Valid commercial driver’s license appropriate for operating mixer trucks.
At least 1–2 years of experience in ready-mix concrete delivery.
Understanding of concrete properties and mix preservation techniques.
Knowledge of mixer truck mechanics and maintenance needs.
Ability to operate discharge chutes and auxiliary systems efficiently.
Good spatial awareness and driving skills in urban and confined areas.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging outdoor conditions.
Strong communication skills for site coordination.
Punctuality and reliability in maintaining delivery schedules.
Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and early mornings.
