We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Demolition Technicians to join our construction teams across various development projects in Oman. The role involves the dismantling and removal of buildings and structures using manual tools, heavy machinery, and controlled explosives (if licensed). Technicians will prepare sites for demolition, ensure safe handling of hazardous materials, and follow strict safety protocols. Tasks include site preparation, structural assessment, debris removal, and equipment operation. Coordination with engineers, site supervisors, and safety officers is essential to execute demolitions according to project plans and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform demolition of buildings and infrastructure safely and efficiently
Operate heavy equipment such as jackhammers, bulldozers, or excavators
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Maintain and inspect tools and equipment regularly
