Job Description:
The Aquatic Facility Technician in Al Wukair, Qatar, is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of aquatic facilities such as swimming pools, water parks, and other water-based recreational areas. The technician ensures that all aquatic systems, including filtration, heating, and circulation, are functioning optimally. Regular tasks include monitoring water quality, testing for proper chemical balances, cleaning water features, and ensuring all equipment is operating according to safety and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include conducting routine inspections of pool pumps, heaters, water treatment systems, and other mechanical equipment. The technician will also be involved in troubleshooting and repairing any equipment failures, ensuring minimal disruption to the facility's operations. Additionally, the technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas, including the changing rooms and recreational spaces, ensuring that guests have a safe and pleasant experience.
The Aquatic Facility Technician works closely with management and other staff to schedule maintenance activities and respond to urgent repairs.
