Job Description:
The Cleaning Operations Lead in Al Wakrah, Qatar, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations within a large facility, including offices, educational institutions, hotels, or other commercial buildings. This leadership role involves managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and in line with company standards. You will be responsible for developing cleaning schedules, training new staff, and assigning tasks to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Key duties also include inspecting work areas to ensure quality control, handling client inquiries, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring proper maintenance of cleaning equipment. The Operations Lead will report to facility managers and coordinate with other departments to address any special cleaning requests or emergencies. Additionally, you will enforce safety protocols, handle health and safety compliance, and troubleshoot any issues related to cleaning operations.
