Job Description:
The Building Systems Supervisor in Doha, Qatar, is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of essential building systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. This role ensures that all building systems function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local regulations. The supervisor coordinates and supervises a team of technicians and maintenance staff, ensuring that preventive maintenance schedules are followed and emergency repairs are addressed promptly.
Key duties include monitoring system performance, conducting regular inspections, managing work orders, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Building Systems Supervisor is also responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing system malfunctions, liaising with external contractors for specialized repairs, and preparing reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
