Job Description:
The Back-of-House Manager in Al Rayyan is responsible for overseeing all behind-the-scenes operations in hospitality establishments, including kitchens, storage areas, and service prep zones. This role ensures that food preparation, inventory management, and cleaning processes run efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The manager coordinates with chefs, kitchen staff, and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.

Job Requirement:
Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in kitchen or hospitality operations management.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
