Job Description:
The Conference and Banquet Manager in Al Daayen is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing conferences, banquets, and special events within hotels, resorts, or event venues. This role ensures flawless execution of events by overseeing all aspects from initial client consultation to event setup, service delivery, and post-event evaluation. The manager works closely with clients, catering teams, and venue staff to ensure events meet quality standards and client expectations.
Key duties include managing event budgets, supervising banquet staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Conference and Banquet Manager also develops service protocols, trains staff, and monitors event performance metrics. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and customer service orientation are essential to deliver memorable events.
Job Requirement:
Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field preferred.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in banquet or conference management in hospitality.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in event planning software and budgeting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
