Job Description:

The Banquet Setup Staff in Al Daayen is responsible for preparing venues for banquets, conferences, weddings, and other large-scale events within hotels, resorts, or event centers. This role involves arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorative elements according to event specifications and layouts provided by event planners or supervisors. The staff ensure that the setup meets quality and aesthetic standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Additional duties include handling audio-visual equipment setup, coordinating with catering teams for food and beverage stations, and ensuring all areas are clean and orderly before guest arrival. Post-event responsibilities involve dismantling setups, cleaning the venue, and storing equipment properly. The Banquet Setup Staff works closely with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and high guest satisfaction.

Physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential for this role. Strong teamwork and communication skills are necessary to coordinate effectively with event organizers and colleagues.

Job Requirement:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Experience in event setup, hospitality, or manual labor is advantageous.

Skills:

Ability to follow detailed event plans and instructions.

Physical fitness to lift and move heavy furniture and equipment.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Basic knowledge of safety standards in event setups.

Language: Basic English proficiency; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
