Job Description:
The Banking Solutions Analyst in Al Wakrah plays a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of banking products and services. This position involves analyzing client needs, evaluating banking systems, and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience within Qatar’s banking sector.
Key responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, gathering requirements, and collaborating with IT teams to design and deploy innovative banking solutions such as digital platforms, payment systems, and risk management tools. The analyst also monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, and provides ongoing support to ensure seamless banking operations.
The role demands strong analytical skills, familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in banking, financial services, or IT solutions analysis.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of banking products, digital banking, and payment systems.
Experience with software development life cycle and project management.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Certifications: Banking, project management, or IT-related certifications are advantageous.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
