Job Description:
The Capital Markets Analyst in Lusail plays a key role in researching, analyzing, and monitoring capital markets activities including equities, bonds, derivatives, and other financial instruments. The analyst provides insights on market trends, investment opportunities, and risks to support portfolio management, trading strategies, and investment decisions.
Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting financial data, preparing reports and forecasts, conducting valuation analyses, and tracking economic indicators that impact capital markets. The analyst collaborates with fund managers, traders, and research teams to develop investment recommendations and ensure alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
The role demands staying updated with local and global financial markets, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic developments. Effective communication skills are essential to present complex information clearly to stakeholders and assist in developing strategic investment plans.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years in capital markets research or financial analysis.
Skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Knowledge of market instruments, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
