Job Description:
The Branch Banking Representative in Dukhan is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support within the bank branch. This role involves assisting customers with daily banking transactions, account inquiries, and product information while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key duties include processing deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque clearances efficiently and accurately. The representative addresses customer questions, resolves issues promptly, and guides clients on banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings plans. They also assist with customer onboarding and documentation verification.
The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and fostering strong client relationships to support branch growth and customer retention. Collaboration with other branch staff and departments is essential to achieve sales targets and deliver seamless banking services.
Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in retail banking or customer service roles.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial products.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Proficiency in banking software and systems.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
