Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Investment Banker to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Investment Banker in the Finance, Banking & Insurance industry, your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic financial advice and execute complex financial transactions for clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work on high-profile deals and contribute to the success of the organization. Responsibilities: Advise clients on strategic financial decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, debt financing, and restructuring. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation of companies, industries, and investment opportunities. Develop and present financial models, business plans, and investment proposals to clients and stakeholders. Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and risk assessments. Prepare and review financial documents, including offering memorandums, prospectuses, and term sheets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure successful deal execution. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders, providing exceptional client service. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and assess risks. Assist in negotiating deal terms, structuring transactions, and coordinating the closing process. Stay updated with financial markets, investment banking practices, and industry best practices.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) are preferred. Proven experience as an Investment Banker or in a related role, preferably within an investment bank or financial institution. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and investment banking principles. Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and investment research tools. Excellent understanding of capital markets, investment products, and financial regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial scenarios. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial concepts and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and documentation. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
