Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beekeeper to join our team in Valencia. In this role, you will manage and maintain beehives, ensuring that the bees are healthy and productive throughout the year. Your responsibilities will include monitoring hive conditions, collecting honey and beeswax, managing hive populations, and ensuring that bees are provided with sufficient resources for optimal health and honey production. You will also monitor the bees for signs of disease and pests and take appropriate measures to protect the hive.
As a Beekeeper, you will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and hygiene of the honey, ensuring that production processes meet industry standards. You will work closely with farm management to develop strategies to improve honey yield and maintain the well-being of the apiary. This is a physically demanding role that requires outdoor work, attention to detail, and the ability to handle bees safely and with care. Ideal candidates will have experience with beekeeping and a deep understanding of bee behavior and care.
