Job Description: Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients, including assisting with daily activities, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. Medical Procedures: Perform medical procedures such as wound dressing, injections, and catheterizations, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety. Health Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, documenting findings and reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques to promote health and prevent complications. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided, medications administered, and observations made. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring clear and timely information exchange. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, implementing appropriate interventions and coordinating with emergency medical services when necessary. Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, ensuring they receive appropriate care, support, and respect. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Education: Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license or registration in Spain. Clinical Skills: Proficient in providing nursing care, performing medical procedures, and using medical equipment and technology. Patient Care Experience: Previous experience in providing direct patient care, preferably in hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities. Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and patience in working with patients, families, and individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs. Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and make sound clinical judgments. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, respecting different roles and contributions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues. Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, adjusting to changing patient needs and priorities. Emotional Resilience: Ability to cope with emotional and stressful situations, maintaining professionalism and providing quality care.
