Job Description:
We are looking for an Organic Compost Technician to manage composting operations using agricultural and organic waste in Madrid. Your tasks include mixing green and brown waste, monitoring temperature and moisture levels, and turning compost piles.
You will ensure all compost meets nutrient and maturity standards and is safe for field application. Your role also supports our sustainability goals and soil enrichment programs.
You may assist with compost bagging and field trials.
Job Requirement:
Knowledge of organic composting, soil health, or vermiculture is beneficial. A background in sustainable agriculture or environmental science is preferred.
You should be physically capable of outdoor labor and comfortable with organic material handling. Spanish language skills are necessary for documentation and teamwork.
