Job Description:
We are looking for a Poultry Production Specialist to manage flock productivity and animal welfare at our poultry unit in Valencia. Your main tasks will include overseeing feeding schedules, managing lighting systems, ensuring climate control, and reviewing flock performance.
You will supervise farm workers, review health and growth reports, support vaccination programs, and coordinate harvesting schedules with processing teams. Your goal is to optimize production efficiency while maintaining animal welfare and biosecurity standards.

Job Requirement:
A degree in poultry science, animal husbandry, or agricultural management is required. You should have at least 2 years of experience in commercial poultry production or a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of flock behavior, feed conversion ratios, disease prevention, and climate control systems is essential. Spanish language fluency is required for team coordination and reporting.
Leadership ability, decision-making skills, and understanding of poultry production metrics are key. Familiarity with biosecurity procedures, health recording software, and supply chain logistics is a plus.
