Job Description:
We are seeking vigilant and responsible Security Guards to perform access control duties at commercial and residential facilities in Abu Dhabi. This position is crucial in ensuring the safety and protection of premises, assets, and individuals by managing entry and exit points, monitoring surveillance systems, and conducting routine security checks. The Access Control Guard plays a key role in deterring unauthorized entry and reporting suspicious behavior or security violations.
Key responsibilities include checking identification of employees and visitors, registering guests, operating electronic security systems, and patrolling designated areas. Guards will be responsible for inspecting vehicles when required, documenting incidents, and coordinating with emergency services or management in the event of security breaches. Professionalism, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor are essential, particularly during high-pressure situations or in managing conflicts.
The ideal candidate must be alert at all times, demonstrate strong observation skills, and follow established safety protocols and company procedures. You may be required to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the location and facility requirements.

Job Requirement:
Applicants should have at least a high school education and prior experience in security services is preferred but not required. Basic communication skills in English are essential; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage. Candidates must be physically fit, able to stand or walk for long periods, and demonstrate integrity, reliability, and alertness. A valid security license or certification from recognized authorities in the UAE is highly desirable. Ideal candidates will also have a neat appearance, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm in emergencies. Background checks and health clearance may be required prior to employment.
