Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking Crop Harvesting Laborers to join our agricultural team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves assisting in the efficient and careful harvesting of crops during peak seasons to ensure maximum yield and quality.
Your main responsibilities will include picking fruits, vegetables, or other crops by hand or using appropriate tools, sorting and packing harvested produce, and preparing it for transport. You will also assist in loading harvested crops onto trucks and maintaining cleanliness and order in the fields and storage areas.
The position demands physical endurance as it requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods, often in hot outdoor conditions. Attention to detail is important to ensure crops are harvested without damage and meet quality standards.
Teamwork and effective communication with supervisors and fellow laborers are essential for smooth operations. Safety and hygiene protocols must be followed strictly to maintain a healthy working environment.

Job Requirement:
