Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Custodial Workers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in various facilities across Dubai. As a Custodial Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming environments for employees, visitors, and clients.
Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning floors, windows, walls, and furniture. You will be responsible for emptying trash bins, replenishing supplies such as soap and paper towels, and cleaning restrooms according to sanitation guidelines. You may also assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting repair needs.
Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and adherence to health and safety protocols are essential in this role. You will work both independently and as part of a team to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently.
Physical stamina is necessary to handle repetitive cleaning tasks and to work on your feet for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, may be required depending on the site’s operational hours.
