Job Description:
We are hiring diligent Agricultural Field Workers to support farm operations in Dubai. As a Farmworker, you will perform essential manual tasks related to planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and productivity of our agricultural output.
Daily responsibilities include preparing the soil, planting seeds or seedlings, watering crops, applying fertilizers and pesticides following safety guidelines, and monitoring plant health. During harvest seasons, you will pick fruits, vegetables, or other crops carefully to ensure they meet quality standards. Additional duties involve maintaining farm equipment, cleaning work areas, and assisting with packing and transportation of harvested produce.
This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols are vital. You will often work closely with farm supervisors and other laborers, so teamwork and communication skills are important.
