Job Description:
The Construction Site Helper, commonly known as a Builder’s Assistant, plays a vital supporting role on active construction sites. This position involves assisting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers by preparing work areas, carrying tools, and transporting materials. Tasks include loading and unloading supplies, erecting scaffolding, cleaning debris from the site, mixing cement or paint, and performing basic measurements and cuts. The helper must follow instructions closely and adhere to site safety protocols at all times. The job demands physical endurance, alertness, and a proactive attitude to anticipate the needs of senior workers. The ability to work outdoors under varied weather conditions and lift heavy materials is essential. Some helpers may also operate simple equipment or support minor demolition and excavation work. Timeliness, cleanliness, and respect for safety zones are key to maintaining site productivity. Job Requirement:
