Job Description:
The Aeronautical Design Engineer in Al Ain will be responsible for the aerodynamic and structural design of aircraft systems and components, focusing on improving performance, fuel efficiency, and safety. Tasks include computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis, stress analysis, design of fuselage and wing components, and integration of propulsion and landing gear systems. The engineer will use advanced CAD and FEA tools to develop and test structural models, validate performance in wind tunnels, and collaborate with systems and manufacturing engineers for design feasibility and certification compliance. The role demands creativity in lightweight material usage, deep understanding of aerodynamics, and familiarity with international airworthiness regulations. It plays a pivotal part in delivering aircraft components that meet commercial, defense, or experimental flight requirements.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in aeronautical or aerospace engineering is required, with 3–5 years of experience in aircraft design and development. Proficiency in CFD tools (ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+), CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks), and FEA analysis is essential. Knowledge of airframe structures, stress testing, and certification standards (EASA, FAA) is mandatory. Candidates must be detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
