Job Description:

The Asset Reliability Analyst in Ajman is tasked with enhancing the operational efficiency and longevity of industrial assets through detailed reliability assessments, performance tracking, and failure analysis. This role supports the organization’s asset management strategy by identifying patterns of equipment degradation, recommending predictive maintenance interventions, and implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) frameworks. The analyst works closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to gather data, analyze trends, and optimize asset performance across facilities.

Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing maintenance history, failure reports, and sensor data from critical equipment such as pumps, motors, compressors, and rotating machinery. The analyst applies tools like root cause failure analysis (RCFA), failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), and reliability block diagrams (RBDs) to identify operational risks and suggest corrective actions. The position also involves maintaining a digital asset performance database, generating reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, availability, OEE), and visualizing key indicators through dashboards using tools like Power BI or CMMS platforms.

The role contributes to the development of long-term maintenance plans, optimization of spare parts inventory, and alignment with ISO 55000 asset management standards. In addition to predictive analytics, the analyst helps implement condition-based monitoring technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis. Collaborating with vendors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders, the analyst ensures that all critical assets operate at peak reliability while minimizing lifecycle costs and unplanned downtimes.
