Job Description: Summary: The Aerospace Engineer position in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within the Engineering & Manufacturing industry, involves applying engineering principles and technical expertise to design, develop, and maintain aerospace systems and vehicles. The role primarily focuses on the design, testing, and production of aircraft and spacecraft, ensuring their performance, safety, and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Design and development: Design aerospace systems, components, and structures, considering aerodynamics, propulsion, and materials. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) tools and simulation software to create detailed models and evaluate performance. Testing and analysis: Conduct aerodynamic and structural analyses to assess the performance and safety of aerospace systems. Perform wind tunnel testing, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations, and structural load analyses to validate designs and optimize performance. Systems integration: Integrate various subsystems, such as avionics, propulsion, and control systems, into aircraft and spacecraft designs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compatibility, functionality, and reliability of the integrated systems. Safety and certification: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, airworthiness standards, and certification requirements for aerospace vehicles. Participate in design reviews, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to safety guidelines. Manufacturing and production: Provide technical support during the manufacturing and production of aerospace components and systems. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to optimize processes, ensure quality control, and manage production schedules. Performance optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of aerospace systems, including fuel efficiency, range, payload capacity, and maneuverability. Develop strategies to improve performance through design modifications, aerodynamic enhancements, and weight reduction. Research and innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in aerospace engineering and technology. Conduct research, explore innovative concepts, and propose new solutions to improve aircraft and spacecraft design, efficiency, and sustainability.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, aerodynamics, and structural analysis. Proficiency in CAD software, such as CATIA or SolidWorks, for design and modeling. Familiarity with aerospace simulation tools, such as ANSYS or MATLAB, for analysis and optimization. Understanding of aviation regulations, airworthiness standards, and certification processes. Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes and quality control is a plus.
