Job Description:
The AI Translation Editor in Dubai specializes in reviewing and refining AI-generated translations to ensure linguistic accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. This role involves evaluating output from advanced neural machine translation systems, adjusting tone, refining terminology, and ensuring human readability for a variety of content formats such as reports, legal documents, UI text, and multimedia scripts. Editors also assess performance trends, contribute to model training feedback, and support product and content teams in applying AI-generated content across multilingual campaigns. The position serves as a key quality assurance checkpoint between automation and human-grade publishing standards.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Applied Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or Translation is preferred. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in bilingual editing, post-editing, or AI-assisted translation workflows is necessary. Fluency in English and one other major language is required. Candidates must be comfortable working with AI models, APIs, and translation tools (e.g., Smartcat, Lokalise, MemoQ). Strong editorial skills, understanding of linguistic data evaluation, and familiarity with AI model behaviors (hallucinations, register inconsistency, etc.) are important. Experience in NLP or AI training environments is a plus.
