Job Description:

The Arabic Content Localization Specialist in Dubai is responsible for adapting English content into Arabic across digital platforms, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and user engagement. This role focuses on localization for websites, apps, marketing campaigns, instructional materials, and customer interfaces. It requires not just translation, but transcreation and contextual adaptation that reflects user behavior and market expectations in Arabic-speaking regions. Key duties include reviewing source content, translating copy, editing for clarity and tone, maintaining glossaries and style guides, and collaborating with design and product teams for user-facing content alignment. The specialist ensures that all Arabic content upholds the brand’s voice and complies with regional norms, including religious, legal, and cultural considerations.

Job Requirement:

A degree in Arabic Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or Translation is required. Candidates must have native proficiency in Arabic and excellent English comprehension. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Arabic content localization or copywriting is essential. Proficiency with localization tools (e.g., Transifex, Phrase), SEO optimization in Arabic, and understanding of UX localization best practices is crucial. Prior experience in content marketing, digital product localization, or app content is a strong asset. Attention to linguistic detail, cross-cultural communication, and the ability to manage tone consistency are key.
