Job Description:

The Brand Copy Specialist in Dubai is tasked with shaping the voice and tone of a brand through consistent, compelling copy that resonates with target audiences and reinforces brand identity. This role focuses on the creation and refinement of brand messaging across all customer touchpoints, including websites, advertising, packaging, social media, and internal communications. The specialist ensures that all content reflects the brand's personality, values, and strategic positioning. Responsibilities include developing brand style guides, writing core brand narratives, editing content from other departments, and mentoring junior writers to uphold tone and messaging standards. The Brand Copy Specialist will collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive storytelling across channels. Additionally, this role contributes to the conceptual development of marketing campaigns and product launches by translating strategic ideas into emotionally resonant messaging that supports brand loyalty and differentiation.

Job Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Branding, or related fields is required, with 5–7 years of experience in brand-focused writing or content strategy. A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with brand voice development is essential. Candidates must have excellent command of language, creative writing skills, and the ability to balance storytelling with strategic messaging. Familiarity with brand tone consistency, emotional appeal, and the nuances of writing for different formats is required. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments is a plus.
