Job Description: The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities may include: Developing and implementing employee relations strategies and policies. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters. Investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances. Conducting disciplinary actions and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Developing and delivering training programs on employee relations topics. Assisting in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Monitoring employee satisfaction and engagement levels and implementing initiatives to improve employee morale. Keeping up to date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Collaborating with other HR functions to ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.

Job Requirement: Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an Employee Relations Manager or in a similar employee relations role. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UAE. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management. Strong organizational and time management skills. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
