Job Description: The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR department and be responsible for managing the HR team and implementing HR strategies and policies. Responsibilities may include: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Managing employee relations and addressing employee concerns or grievances. Developing and implementing performance management systems to ensure effective performance evaluation and employee development. Overseeing employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentive schemes, and employee benefits. Handling HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Job Requirement: Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, UAE labor laws, and regulations. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Relevant HR certifications or professional qualifications are desirable. Experience in managing HR functions and leading HR initiatives. Familiarity with HR software and systems.
