Job Description: The Human Resources Assistant will provide support to the HR department in various administrative tasks and processes. Responsibilities may include: Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts. Maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assisting in payroll processing and managing employee benefits and leave records. Coordinating training and development programs for employees. Assisting in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee feedback. Handling employee inquiries and providing assistance with HR policies and procedures. Assisting in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs or policy updates. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirement: Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role or internship in HR is preferred. Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and UAE labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications or professional qualifications are a plus. Familiarity with HR software and systems is desirable.
