Job Description: The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment process within the organization. Responsibilities may include: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and plans. Identifying staffing needs and working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements. Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks. Screening and shortlisting resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' suitability for the job. Managing the entire recruitment process, including coordinating interview schedules and conducting reference checks. Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to improve the recruitment process. Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices. Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters, if applicable.

Job Requirement: Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices. Familiarity with UAE labour laws and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
