Job Description: The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. Key responsibilities may include: Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Leading and managing the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. Developing and implementing effective employee engagement and retention initiatives. Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Leading performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. Managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner. Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Job Requirement: Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics. Professional HR certifications are a plus. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
